At Comfort Memory Foam, we stand behind our products.  Which is why we offer a 10 year warranty on all memory foam products we carry.  We believe that you will be absolutely satisfied with your purchase.  However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days.

To initiate a return, customers must contact Comfort Memory Foam within 30 days of purchase at CustomerService@comfortmemoryfoam.com.  Return Shipping Costs are the responsibility of the customer.  A 20% restocking fee (of product retail cost) will be charged on all returned orders.  Returns must be shipped in original packaging through a standard US carrier, such as FedEx, UPS, etc.
