At Comfort Memory Foam, we stand behind our products.  Which is why we offer a 10 year warranty on all memory foam products we carry.  If your product is found defective within 10 years, you may contact Comfort Memory Foam at CustomerService@comfortmemoryfoam.com to initiate a return.  All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
